COLOUR

Rich red with ruby hues.

NOSE

Prominent bouquet of dark red fruits, plum and cherry.

PALATE

This wine is chocolatey, rich and Moorish.  Rich tannins and subtle oak provide a framework for the fruit and drive through to the finish.  Plum and cherry linger on the palate.

VINTAGE

A slow start to the summer predicted a later harvest; however, the conditions became optimal, allowing the grapes to ripen beautifully with concentrated fruit flavours.  The result was a smooth and successful vintage with some delicious flavour profiles.
