NOSE:

Vibrant red fruits on the nose with subtle spice.

PALATE:

A silky smooth and highly approachable. Vibrant red fruits on display, along with blueberry and mulberry.  Wonderful oak integration brings out mocha, pepper and spice. Structured, silky tannins round out the finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES:

Partially crushed and separately placed into a fermentation vessel and inoculated with a Bordeaux yeast strain to encourage immediate fermentation.  Aged in a range of older French and American barrels.
