Tucked into the heart of Margaret River, Churchview Estate has built its reputation around a simple idea: exceptional wine begins with healthy land. More than a philosophy, it’s a long-term commitment that has shaped the vineyard’s evolution into one of the region’s recognised organic producers.
Established in 1999 by the Fokkema family, Churchview Estate has grown from a family vision into a boutique single-vineyard operation spanning 56 hectares of vines across a 100-hectare property. Today, the estate cultivates 16 grape varieties, balancing classic Margaret River expressions with more distinctive and lesser-seen varietals.

At Churchview, organic winemaking starts in the vineyard rather than the winery.
Over more than 15 years, the estate transitioned from conventional farming to certified organic viticulture, focusing on building healthy, nutrient-rich soils and reducing reliance on synthetic chemicals. Their approach centres on returning nutrients to the land, supporting biodiversity, and encouraging vines to thrive naturally.

At the centre of Churchview’s organic story is the SOLI range — a collection created to showcase premium organic fruit grown exclusively on the estate.
Named from the Latin-inspired references to sun, air, soil and fruit, SOLI reflects the natural elements that sustain each vintage. The wines are designed to express place and season while embracing minimal intervention and careful stewardship of the vineyard.
