Citrus and apple intermingled with saltbush nuances.
PALATE
Lemon, pear and apple, with racy acidity and liveliness. There is an unmistakable coastal influence, with saltbush and sea spray transporting you to the beaches of Western Australia. Savoury notes of coastal rosemary and coriander seed follow. The palate is rich and textural, with apple-skin phenolics. It’s complex and interesting to drink now, but with age it will become harmoniously smooth and creamy.
