As this is a vintage style port, leave a bottle or two to age and see the youthful exuberance of our young port develop into a mature, richly intense and complex wine. Drink now or cellar for 20+ years.
Colour : Deep intense red
Aroma : Intense aromas of blackcurrent, plum, brown sugar, clove, nutmeg and malt are well integrated with the fine brandy used in the fortification
Palate : A small taste is all that is required to obtain the rich intensity of the nectar, chocolate, dark fruitcake and brandy overtones. The mid palate is surprisingly dry with spicy notes. The finish is unique with powerful flavours and soft sweetness
