BARTONDALE CHARDONNAY 2011

 Our old vine Chardonnay is cane pruned and hand harvested before being transferred into brand new and 1 year old French Oak Barriques.   The wine is partially wild fermented before Barrel Selection and bottling.

A great example of Churchviews Flagship white wine.   Complexity and finesse all rolled into one.

9 rows of our finest Cabernet Sauvignon are selectively harvested to create our Bartondale Cabernet.   This represents the finest wines from the finest barrels produced in only the finest years. 

A very limited wine - with freshness and vitality to ensure it cellars for many years.

Bartondale Shiraz 2009 241 x 205

 BARTONDALE SHIRAZ 2009

A small block in the northern part of the Churchview Vineyard produces Shiraz with amazing aromas, flavours and tannins.   This parcel is picked separate and co fermented with viognier to produce our Bartondale Reserve.

A rich wine with intense aromas of black cherries and violets.   Integrated oak with fine tannins complete the wine.
